If you wish to order more than one item, we can combine them and save you some of the shipping charges.
Also, some products are availbe to pickup at warehouse if you live near the Toronto, Ontario. Canada area.

SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE ITEM PRICE.
There will be additional charges for all other states (non lower 48), remote areas, liftgate requirements, etc. Items going to the USA: Taxes, customs charges, broker fees, and duties is not included and is the purchasers responsiblity.
If for any reason or cause whatsoever, transportation of goods will not be accepted by the receiver or purchaser, all additional charges incurred will be at the expense of the Purchaser and delivery will be deemed to the Purchaser.
If routing of shipment is specified on the Purchaser's order, it will be followed whenever practicable, otherwise routing is subject to Saunas and More's discretion.
Purchaser agrees to make appropriate arrangements to help receive large purchased items shipped by carrier, such as traditional sauna, infrared saunas, sauna kits, commercial sauna heaters, and hot tubs. The driver with the transport carrier company will need assistance to unload items off the truck onto the curb side. They are not responsible to unload off the truck or carry onto purchasers premises. If a liftgate is need or requested, the purchaser will assume all related costs.
ALL ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE. All items remain property of Saunas and More until items are paid in full.
At Saunas and More's option, if a return/exchange is accepted only with permission by Saunas and More.
All shipping fees for items returned must be borne by the purchaser. New and unused goods of current design accepted by Saunas and More for credit are subject to a restocking charge of 25% of the invoice value of goods. Further deductions for shipping charges, depreciated condition, damaged, or if re-crating or packaging is necessary will be deducted to the refund total.
All goods shall be deemed shipped or delivered to purchaser at the time they are placed in the hands of a carrier for delivery to the Purchaer or to his order and all responsibility for loss, damage or destruction of any said goods is thereupon assumed by the purchaser. Saunas and More shall no be liable for any delay in shipping or delivery of goods for any cause whatsoever.
Saunas and More reserves the right to change, alter or discontinue products sold on this website. Saunas and More has the right to change pricing without notice. Items and colors on this website may not be exactly as shown. All sizes are approximate. Saunas and More is not liable for any misprints. There are certain illnesses or conditions which prohibit the use of saunas, hot tubs and steambaths. Always consult with a physician before using any sauna, hot tub or steambath. One should slways be under the supervision of a physician while attempting to treat any illness or condition.
ALL SHIPMENTS GOING INTO THE UNITED STATES, A FEDERAL TAX ID# OR A SOCIAL SECURITY # IS REQUIRED FOR CUSTOM CLEARANCE ON ITEMS BEING SHIPPED FROM CANADA. THIS INFORMATION IS STRICTLY FOR UNITED STATES CUSTOMS, AND WILL REMAIN STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL.
* sauna stoves, steambath generators, accessories, and parts usually ship within 2-3 days
* sauna kits usually ship within 1 week
* pre-built saunas and infrared sauna ship out within 1-4 weeks depending on model and availability
(These are Handcrafted Products (testing, quality control, there is lots involved before shipping, not just assembly line production and out the door).
We try to push to have orders shipped out as quickly as possible. Keep in mind good things are worth the wait.
Canada Post = aproximately 10 business days for delivery
UPS Ground = aproximately 5 business days for delivery
Transport Carrier Terminal = Photo ID required (2 pieces)
Transport Carrier Curb Service = Assistance is required (to help driver unload items off the truck)
ALL OUR SAUNA KITS AND PREFAB ROOMS ARE SHIPPED ON A PALLET BY TRANSPORT.
OTHER RETAILERS WHICH "INCLUDE" SHIPPING, THEY BUNDLE SAUNA INTO INDIVIDUAL PIECES AND SHIP BY COURIER (UPS, ETC). OUR TRANSPORT SHIPMENTS HAVE A VERY VERY LOW DAMAGE RATE.
WE TAKE SPECIAL CARE IN PACKAGING OUR PRODUCT EXTREMELY WELL. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND SHIPPING BY COURIER.
Delivery time may be affected by Customs clearance, weather, etc. Saunas and More has NO GUARANTEE's on delivery times.
