This is what we, Saunas and More sell. Not just a material product, but the products and brands which we try find and to filter out the good, the quality, the warranty, the "brick & mortar" companies.
Companies which have been around and more than likely will still be around just in case that warranty issue come's up. Solid based companies that manufacture solid made products. We try our best to find and choose the best "made-in-Canada", or the best "made-in-USA", and also the good quality imports from around the world. If you buy a Sauna "made in China", its going to be good, one of the better "made-in-China" saunas on the market, distributed by a reputable distributor.

Anyone from anywhere can sell a product, its the company behind the product that truly count. Many companies copy or clone products, almost the exact same looking product, but thinner metals, thinner woods, cheap parts, poor craftmanship, things to watch out for, inferior products. "Fly-by-night" companies offering lifetime warranty, selling out of their home or garage. Many will sell you or push a product just because they make that extra $$$$ in profit.

Do your homework, shop 'til you drop, read up on manufactures, read their testimonials, buy name brand items, buy where there is research and quality control behind the products. Remember "you pay for what you get", $500 sauna is a $500 sauna. Do not always look for the cheapest item, shop product not price.

This is what we do, we try our best to bring you good quality products for hard earned money, your money. We carry products for different budgets, but each budget level, the products are good or the best for the dollar value.


Our shipping charges for our large products, such as pre-built sauna rooms and kits may be slightly higher than others. The reason for this is we take extra care in packaging our products. We pack them on long pallets, metal strapped, stretched wrapped, extra padding, and sent out by transport truck. This is a much more secure way of shipping without any damage. Other retailer pack the entire product into little individual packages that make them acceptable for a courier company (UPS, DHL, etc) to ship the product. We did try this in the past but caused many inconveniences, lost parcels, damaged parcels, etc. The last thing we at Saunas and More wants is for a client to receive a damaged product.

A final note: We are also experienced with electrical/plumbing requirements and thoroughly educated on product knowledge. We have continous training from the manufactures to have extensive product knowledge on the items we sell. We have a very good grasp on installation, design, and technical. We are NOT just resellers or sales people. We can trouble shoot or help with installation, and other questions that electricians, plumbers, and carpentars may have on items purchased. We know our business.

Saunas and More is an independantly owned and operated entity.  We are only a retailer/distrubutor of manufacturer products.   All product warranty implied is offered exclusively by the manufacture of the product.
